Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking in-home sales closers and sales representatives who want to earn serious money with pre-set appointments, no cold calling, and an in-house calendar. You will focus on closing high-ticket roofing deals with homeowners, meeting with clients, assessing needs, and presenting solutions.

Leads are provided; you will earn through commissions and uncapped bonuses. Prior outside sales experience is required; valid driver's license and reliable transportation are

Qualifications

• 3 years of prior outside sales experience is mandatory for this position.
• Demonstrated history of meeting sales objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 8–12 pre-scheduled and pre-confirmed in-home appointments per week.
• Close sales and achieve sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Attend trainings and stay up-to-date on company products and services.
• Drive to pre-set appointments with no cold calling or door knocking required.
• Complete a paid two-week training program as part of onboarding.
• Attend regular sales meetings.
