Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home closers. Every appointment is set and confirmed by our in-house call center. No cold calling, no door knocking. You show up, run the process, and close.

Appointments run with 1pm and 6pm slots on weekdays and selective weekend times, with a paid two-week training in Charlotte, NC. Expect 10-12 confirmed appointments weekly and uncapped commission with a weekly draw.”

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Comfortable presenting in a homeowner's living room.
• Willingness to travel to Charlotte, NC for paid training.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners.
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof.
• Present the solution and financing options.
• Close on the first visit.
• Hand it to an install team and move on.
