Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking an in-home sales closer to join our dedicated team. You will visit pre-qualified homeowners, present roofing solutions and financing, and close on the first visit. No cold calling, no door knocking, and appointments are set by our in-house call center.

Training is paid in Charlotte, NC, with a proven closing system. Expect 10-12 confirmed appointments weekly, a six-day schedule with select evening times, and uncapped commissions plus weekly draw and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Able to travel to Charlotte, NC for the paid training
• Evening and Saturday availability
• Comfortable presenting in a homeowner's living room and working from a tablet

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof
• Present the solution and the financing
• Close on the first visit
• Hand it to an install team that moves fast, and go home
