Job summary

Southern National Roofing in Charlotte, NC is hiring in-home closers. Every appointment is pre-qualified and scheduled by our in-house call center, so you close on the first visit rather than chasing leads.

You'll earn on-target earnings from $150,000 to $250,000 with a $500 weekly draw against commission and monthly bonus opportunities. Training is paid for two weeks in Charlotte, and you will join a proven closing system.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required; industry-agnostic is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners.
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof.
• Present the solution and financing options.
• Close on the first visit; no chasing follow-ups.
• Hand off to install team after closing; no prospecting needed.
