Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking an in-home sales closer. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present roof solutions and financing, and close on the first visit. No cold calling or door knocking; you work from appointments set by the in-house call center.

Expect uncapped commissions with a $500 weekly draw, ongoing training in Charlotte, NC, and bonus opportunities. This is a field-based role with a structured, proven process and a promote-from-within environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to close deals on first visit.
• Comfort presenting in a homeowner's living room and explaining financing options.
• Experience with pre-qualified, appointment-based sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified homeowners weekly.
• Present roofing solutions and financing options at the home.
• Close on the first visit and hand off to installation teams.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and performance reviews.
