Job summary

Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home closers. Every appointment is set and confirmed by our in-house call center. You show up, run the process, and close.

Meet 10-12 pre-qualified appointments weekly; paid two-week training in Charlotte, NC; uncapped commissions and a $500 weekly draw against commission. Travel to Charlotte for the paid training is required.

You must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be available evenings and Saturdays for appointments.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales environments or door-to-door contexts is preferred.
• Ability to present in a homeowner's living room and handle financing discussions.
• Must be coachable and able to follow a proven closing process.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners each day.
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roofing need, present the solution and financing.
• Close on the first visit and hand off to installation team.
