Mass General Brigham Home Care, Inc. is seeking a registered nurse to join our Logan team, providing in-home care across East Boston, Winthrop, Chelsea, and Revere with autonomy and strong team support.

You'll complete assessments, develop care plans, educate patients, and coordinate with families and providers while maintaining documentation in our electronic system. This full‑time role offers a daytime schedule, dedicated admissions support, interdisciplinary teamwork, ongoing training, and a

Qualificações

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
• At least one year of acute care nursing experience (home care experience preferred).
• Comfort working with various computer systems; experience with handheld clinical devices preferred.
