The position is full-time in Northampton, MA, with compensation in the $40-$59 per hour range, and requires Massachusetts RN licensure, CPR certification, BSN preferred, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved, accredited school of professional nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year Medical/Surgical nursing experience required; home care/hospice experience preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required. Current CPR certification required. Current driver’s license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled care and case management to patients and families.
• Utilize nursing theory and processes in patient care.
• Communicate and document observations and assessments.
• Promote and maintain the health of individuals through direct care, teaching, and counseling.
• Implement appropriate rehabilitative measures.
