Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a 13-week full-time home health assignment in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. You will provide skilled in-home nursing care and complete OASIS documentation, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to tailor patient care plans.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with potential for extension, on-site visits, and direct support from an experienced clinical recruiting team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of home health RN experience.
• Strong OASIS documentation skills required.
• Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase preferred.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled in-home nursing care and interventions across diverse patients.
• Conduct patient assessments and complete OASIS documentation timely.
• Coordinate care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Perform wound care, manage medications, educate patients and families, and monitor chronic conditions.
• Keep clinical team updated on patient progress and changing needs.
