Qualifications

• NJ RN license must be current.
• Minimum one year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and administer medications.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Document observations and care using EMR and maintain accurate records.
