BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. This full-time/part-time/per diem role supports our office in Atlantic County, delivering 1:1 skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in clients’ homes.

Requirements include an active NJ RN license, 1 year of clinical experience, and the ability to travel. Home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current NJ RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical (MED/SURG) experience.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Follow a designated care plan to meet patient needs.
• Perform home visits to clients in assigned territories.
• Administer medications and provide wound care and treatments.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Document doctors' orders and clinical observations accurately.
• Conduct client assessments and coordinate case management.
