Job summary

Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one nursing care in a patient’s home under a physician-established plan.

This 1099 independent contractor role offers 10 hours per week, a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid in two installments, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients while collaborating with CNAs, HHAs, case managers, and physicians.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN or LPN license for Arizona.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test and physical examination.
• Maintain required insurance.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move patients.
• Must have dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute physician prescribed plans of care.
• Monitor patient condition and document changes.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Coordinate care with CNAs, HHAs, case managers and physicians.
• Provide education and training to patient and family.
