Job summary

Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an in-home, 1099 contract in Southern Illinois, including Metropolis. Flexible shifts are available, ranging from weekly visits to full 12‑hour stays, with a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for 24‑hour home assignments.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN or LPN) with valid license.
