Job summary

Giving Home Health Care in Naschitti, NM is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one in-home care under an individualized plan. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with approximately 12 hours of nursing care per week in the patient’s private residence.

The position offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and mileage reimbursement according to company policy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN or LPN).
• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in New Mexico.
• Current CPR certification.
• Background check completed successfully.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the patient’s home as per physician plan.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly.
• Coordinate with CNAs, HHAs, case managers, and physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services in the patient record.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being during visits.
• Provide education and support to patient and family.
