Job summary

Homecare with Heart is hiring skilled home care nurses to oversee the care of clients in their homes. LPN starting at $26/hour and RN at $30/hour depending on experience; a $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Shifts are Thursday 1p-7p. The role requires a valid LPN/RN license, driver’s license, and reliable transportation to visit clients in the assigned region. Expect use of agency policies and HIPAA guidelines in daily practice.

Qualifications

• Requires valid LPN or RN license in the state.
• Must read and understand Plan of Care and policies.
• Proficiency with computers, laptop or tablet.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication per standards of practice.
• Document care provided in progress notes.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain Plan of Care and participate in care meetings.
• Promote safe, healthy home environments.
