Job summary

Giving Home Health Care is hiring a compassionate RN or LPN to provide in-home care under physician plans of care. The role includes administering medications, coordinating with families and physicians, and supporting patients in their homes within the Coyote Canyon/Brimhall area in New Mexico.

The position offers a 1099 Independent Contractor arrangement, around 4 hours per week, with a pay rate of $45-$55 per hour and a $1,750 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university in nursing (RN or LPN).
• Current State or Compact RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test and physical exam.
• Maintain required insurance.
• Good interpersonal and dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Execute physician prescribed plans of care.
• Document care provided in the system of record.
• Administer prescribed medication and therapies.
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Monitor vitals and intake/output.
• Assess skin integrity and wound care.
• Identify changes in patient condition and report.
