Job summary

Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for in-home, 1099 contract assignments in the Denver, CO area. Shifts are 12 hours on days or nights, seven days a week, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus after consistent visits in 30 days.

Qualifications

• Current State or Compact License as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Current CPR certification.
• Must have dependable transportation and be willing to commute to patients’ homes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to follow physician plans of care.

Responsibilities

• Execute physician prescribed plans of care in patients’ homes.
• Complete compliant documentation of care provided in the system of record.
• Conduct patient assessments and report changes to the care team.
• Monitor patient condition and assist with activities of daily living.
• Communicate with family, physicians, and case managers as needed.
