Job summary

United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team as in-home care providers. As 1099 independent contractors, you will bring compassionate, holistic care directly to patients in their homes, building meaningful relationships and improving quality of life.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, are willing to travel, and can document care in our EMR system. You will collaborate with case managers and physicians, administer treatments as prescribed, and support

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of practice.
Willing to travel to patients' homes.
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Current BLS Certification.
Ability to pass a state & federal background check.
Malpractice Insurance is required.
Strong problem-solving and an empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments to ensure personalized, comprehensive care.
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) with dignity and respect.
Coordinate schedules with patients aligned to plan of care and preferences.
Monitor changes in patient symptoms and report promptly to the team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Communicate with Case Managers and collaborating physicians.
Maintain accurate patient logs in the EMR system.
Provide emotional support and build trust with patients and families.
