Job summary

United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses to provide in-home care as independent contractors. You will perform comprehensive assessments, educate patients and families, assist with ADLs, and coordinate care with case managers and physicians.

This role offers flexible, independent work delivering compassionate, holistic nursing in patients' homes with emphasis on safety, documentation, and emotional support for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Must be willing to travel to patients' homes.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS certification.
• Able to pass state and federal background checks.
• Malpractice insurance is required.
• Strong problem-solving and empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Be a Pillar of Support: you'll conduct thorough assessments, ensuring each patient receives personalized, comprehensive care.
• Empower Through Education: guide and educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Compassionate Assistance: provide ADL assistance with dignity and respect.
