Job summary

United Energy Workers Healthcare in the United States is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team as in-home health care RNs on 1099 independent contractor terms. You will bring compassionate, personalized care directly to patients in their homes and partner with families to support treatment plans.

Responsibilities include thorough assessments, medication administration, ADL support, patient education, and coordination with case managers and physicians, all while upholding dignity

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• Malpractice insurance is required.
• Strong problem-solving and empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide personalized in-home care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and prevention.
• Provide ADL assistance with dignity and respect.
• Coordinate schedules with patients per care plans and preferences.
• Monitor patient symptoms and report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Communicate with case managers and physicians for unified care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in the EMR.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
