Job summary

Qualifications

• ASN or BSN in Nursing.
• 2 years of RN experience; Home Health or Acute Care preferred.
• Current RN license in Idaho.
• BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to create and manage individualized care plans.
• Deliver direct in-home care from admission to discharge within McCall and surrounding regions.
• Travel to patient homes for Home Health and occasional Hospice support as needed.
