Maxim Healthcare in Pensacola, FL is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to work with an Adult patient in their own home in Prattville, AL. Shifts: Every Friday 8a-7p / Every other Sat/Sun 9a-7p.

Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process; administering medications and treatments; and coordinating discharge planning and education as needed.

Formación

• RN license is required to practice as a registered nurse.
• BLS certification required.
• Health clearance documents: health certificate, PPD or Chest X-ray.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Initiate and revise the plan of care as patient status changes.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor outcomes.
