United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses to join as 1099 Independent Contractors providing in-home care to energy workers. You will perform assessments, educate families, assist with daily living activities, and coordinate care with case managers.

Strong compassion and excellent communication are essential. Must hold an active RN license, be willing to travel to patients' homes, and maintain current BLS certification with malpractice insurance required.

Formación

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes.
• Current BLS certification and ability to pass background checks.
• Malpractice insurance is required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough home health assessments and provide personalized care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and prevention.
• Assist with ADLs and maintain dignity and respect.
• Coordinate with case managers and physicians for unified care.
• Document care and updates in the EMR accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Build compassionate relationships with patients and families.
