Job summary

United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking dedicated 24/7 Registered Nurses to provide in-home, holistic care as 1099 independent contractors. You will conduct assessments, educate families, assist with ADLs, and coordinate care with case managers, physicians, and specialists.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, are willing to travel to patients' homes, and possess a current BLS certification. Malpractice insurance is required for compensation and safety.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Ability to pass a state and federal background check.
• Malpractice insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and plan personalized care.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) with dignity and respect.
• Coordinate schedules with patients based on plan of care and preferences.
• Monitor health changes and report any concerns promptly to the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
