Northeast Power Dry in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a full-time, field-based role. You’ll meet homeowners in their homes, provide restoration solutions, and close company-generated leads with a base pay plus uncapped commissions.

Paid training and a fast-paced environment support your growth as you guide customers through the restoration process, coordinating with teams and insurers to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with proven closure ability.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
• Time management and prioritization of multiple projects.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced emergency service environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Northeast Power Dry is a fast-growing restoration company helping homeowners recover from water, mold, and property damage emergencies. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused In-Home Sales Specialist to meet with homeowners, provide restoration solutions, and close sales opportunities generated through company-provided leads.

This is a field-based role where you’ll work directly with homeowners in their homes following emergency property damage situations. No cold calling required — all leads are company-generated.

What You’ll Do
