Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. seeks a compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver in‑home respiratory therapy and clinical support to patients using ventilators and oxygen therapy. Join a dedicated team that values autonomy, education, and high‑quality patient care.

External candidates may receive a $2,000 gross sign‑on after 60 days and another $2,000 after 180 days of continuous employment. Prior home healthcare experience is aPlus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in-home respiratory care or nursing services.
• Ability to educate patients on equipment use and therapy.
• Competence in performing patient assessments and monitoring.
• Experience coordinating care and documenting services per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home respiratory therapy and medical support for patients.
• Conduct assessments and adjust care per physician orders and policy.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use and therapy benefits.
• Maintain documentation of services and respond to on-call needs as required.
