Qualifications

• Clear, compassionate patient communication in home health care.
• Ability to document services per policy and ensure privacy.
• Competence with respiratory equipment and clinical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home respiratory therapy and clinical support.
• Maintain documentation of all services provided.
• On-call phone consultations during non-business hours.
• Adjust ventilator settings according to patient assessment and policy.
• Educate patients on equipment use, maintenance and adherence.
