Job summary

VieMed Healthcare is seeking a field-based Sales Representative to promote its disease management program and respiratory products. You will identify and engage new referral sources and nurture existing relationships to improve patient outcomes and reduce hospital readmission rates.

You will travel within the Houston area, educate hospital staff and physicians, and collaborate with clinical teams to design effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Must have established relationships with Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Hospitalist physicians in the territory.
• Minimum two years full life cycle healthcare sales experience.
• Two+ years as a Clinical Liaison, preferably LTACH.
• Proven ability to market to physicians and healthcare decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Market VieMed’s disease management program to referral sources.
• Develop territory action plans and call strategies to grow business.
• Coordinate educational presentations for healthcare providers.
• Manage accounts, sales documentation, and territory activities.
• Collaborate with clinical, managerial, and sales staff to promote home respiratory services.
• Ensure billing/docs meet third‑party payor guidelines.
• Maintain availability for patient contact and inquiries.
• Exceed sales quotas and drive growth within territory.
