Job summary

VieMed Healthcare in Austin, TX is seeking a field-based Sales Representative to grow the disease management program by engaging hospital referral sources and physicians in the home respiratory care market.

You will build relationships with pulmonologists, hospitalists and case managers, educate on VieMed’s services, and drive strategic growth across an assigned territory while meeting sales targets and ensuring patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Two or more years demonstrated full life cycle healthcare sales experience from lead generation, educating the referral source, persistent follow-up, and follow through on all leads.
• Two or more years of experience as a Clinical Liaison, preferably LTACH level of care.
• Preferred licensure in RT/RN with clinical experience and marketing exposure.

Responsibilities

• Market VieMed’s disease management program to potential and existing referral sources.
• Develop territory action plans and call strategies to grow business within assigned territory.
• Coordinate and provide educational presentations for healthcare providers.
• Ensure billing and documentation meet third-party payor guidelines.
• Maintain relationships with pulmonologists, hospitalists, case managers, and social workers.
