Rose Remodeling is seeking ambitious In-Home Sales Consultants to meet homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments, present professional bath remodeling solutions, and close sales with a focus on customer needs and budgets.

This commission-only role offers unlimited earning potential, pre-qualified leads, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires, plus paid training and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience required.
• Home improvement, remodeling, construction, roofing, windows, siding, solar, or in-home sales experience is a major plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Competitive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to appointments.
• Technology and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during pre-scheduled, company-provided appointments.
• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations.
• Understand customer needs, goals, and budgets.
