Rose Remodeling is seeking ambitious In-Home Sales Representatives to drive high earnings through pre-qualified appointments and no cap on commissions. This full-time, commission-only role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires and a pipeline of homeowner leads.

You will meet homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments, present solutions, close deals, and maintain CRM records, with ongoing training and support from leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience is required.
• Experience in home improvement or similar fields is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities
