Job summary
Rose Remodeling is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to join our full-time, commission-only sales team. You will meet homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments, present solutions, and close deals with no income ceiling.
You'll work with pre-qualified leads, design customized bath remodeling solutions, discuss product options and financing, and build lasting customer relationships. Training and ongoing coaching are provided.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience required.
- Experience in home improvement or remodeling is a plus.
- Ability to travel to appointments and work evenings/weekends.
- Reliable transportation and CRM proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners during pre-scheduled, company-provided appointments.
- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations.
- Understand customer needs, goals, and budgets.
- Design customized bath remodeling solutions.
- Educate homeowners on products, materials, and financing options.
- Build trust and create an exceptional customer experience.
- Follow a proven sales process to close deals.
- Maintain accurate customer records using company technology and CRM tools.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs.
