Rose Remodeling is seeking a driven In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners, understand their remodeling goals, and present customized bath renovation solutions from consultation to close.

With strong leads, comprehensive training, and uncapped earning potential, this commission-only role offers significant income opportunities. A $5,000 signing bonus is available to eligible candidates who meet the requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in home improvement or remodeling preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong closing ability with a customer-first approach.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with results-driven mindset.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to appointments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.

Responsibilities
