Job summary

Sears Holdings Corporation seeks an In-Home Service Technician to repair Refrigerators, Freezers, and Window Air Conditioners in customers’ homes. You will deliver timely service, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain organized truck stock and tools.

Requirements include EPA Type 1 or CFC certification, a high school diploma or GED, and 1–2 years of appliance maintenance experience. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work flexible hours are needed.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 certification or CFC Certification required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years appliance maintenance or repair experience preferred.
• Ability to use test equipment and tools for repairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and quality inhome repairs of refrigerators, freezers, and window air conditioners.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and care.
• Promote and sell additional products and services where appropriate.
• Meet performance metrics and productivity goals.
