Sears Home Services is seeking an Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician to diagnose and repair a range of home appliances in customers’ homes. You will travel to multiple locations daily, delivering courteous, high-quality service and keeping customers informed.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED, EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification, mechanical aptitude, valid driver's license, ability to read and follow technical instructions, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for testing and repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred.
• Able to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances with high levels of quality and efficiency; appliances may include refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.
• Provide customers with value-added solutions that help make their home more clean, comfortable & protected.
• Keep company truck well-maintained & organized, and help manage parts efficiently.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
