Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 or CFC certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years appliance repair/maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, quality repairs of customers’ appliances.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and care.
• Promote and sell additional products and services.
• Meet performance metrics and productivity goals.
• Maintain organized, well-stocked service vehicle.
