Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and organized approach.
• 1–2 years appliance maintenance/repair experience preferred.
• CFC Certification required for Refrigeration Repair positions.

Responsibilities

• Repair appliances in customers’ homes: washers/dryers, stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, disposals, etc.
• Provide timely, quality repairs and maintain high customer service standards.
• Meet key performance metrics and promote additional products/services.
• Maintain truck stock and follow scheduled maintenance; keep truck clean and organized.
