Job summary

Advanceable ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for in-home ABA therapy in Wallace, NC and surrounding areas. Part-time, flexible schedules with paid training and growth opportunities.

You will work 1:1 in clients' homes, implementing personalized ABA plans under BCBA supervision and tracking progress with notes and data.

RBT certification or pathway supported, must have HS diploma and reliable transportation to service the area.

Qualifications

• Active or in-progress RBT certification with BCBA supervision available.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Excellent communication and patience in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans for each child.
• Help develop communication, social, behavior, play, and daily living skills.
• Track progress with session data and clinical notes.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training.
• Stay active during sessions with children.
