Job summary

Advanceable ABA NC is hiring Behavior Technicians and RBTs to provide in-home ABA therapy services in Lewiston Woodville, NC and surrounding areas. This part-time role offers hands‑on experience and opportunities for RBT training and certification with supervision from experienced BCBAs.

You will work 1:1 with children, supporting communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in home settings, with flexible scheduling and structured training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and professionalism.
• Experience working with children…; preferred.
• RBT certification welcomed but not required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings.
• Must maintain ongoing communication with supervisors and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services.
• Follow behavior plans and treatment goals developed by the BCBA.
• Record session data and progress notes.
• Support positive behavior and communication skill development.
• Maintain consistent communication with supervisors and caregivers.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision meetings.
