Kennedy ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy in North Carolina. This part-time role focuses on delivering 1:1 sessions in clients’ homes during late afternoons and weekends, following BCBA-created plans.

Ideal candidates hold current RBT certification, have ABA experience with children, reliable transportation, and can commit to weekday evenings and some weekend hours. A high school diploma is required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
