Kennedy ABA is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy in the Piedmont region, with late afternoon, weekday evenings, and some weekend hours. This part-time role emphasizes flexible scheduling and supportive teamwork, including ongoing training and supervision.

The ideal candidate holds a valid RBT certification, has ABA experience with children, and can travel locally.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RBT certification.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy (required).
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
