Kennedy ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy for children, during late afternoon and some weekends. You will use evidence-based plans and collect progress data in a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RBT certification.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Availability for weekday evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe, engaging session environment.
