Job summary

Kennedy ABA is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy during late afternoons and some weekend hours. You will work 1:1 with children, following treatment plans set by a BCBA, and help progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy preferred.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
