Job summary

The Treetop Therapy in Colorado is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 therapy in the child’s home. You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing supervision from our BCBA team to support treatment plans and skill development.

This role offers competitive hourly pay ($22–$30) based on experience, with full-time and part-time options and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K with match, and PTO starting day one.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance.
• Ability to work with clients of various ages and skill levels.
• Experience with EMR systems (Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst, Hi Rasmus).

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 therapy in the child’s home setting.
• Assist with treatment plans and foster skill development.
• Work under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide resources and materials for effective learning and behavior modification.
