Job summary

The Treetop is hiring for an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Colorado. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and other special needs, following treatment plans and collaborating with supervising clinicians to support skill development.

We provide comprehensive training and ongoing supervision, with opportunities for career growth in ABA. This role offers full-time and part-time options, with a strong emphasis on professional development and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and current insurance are required.
• Experience with EMR systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the child’s home setting.
• Assist with implementation of treatment plans and skill development.
• Work under the supervision of a Board-C Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and communicate with the clinical team.
