Job summary

The Treetop is seeking dedicated individuals to provide ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes across the U.S.A. The role offers competitive pay ($23–$30/hr), full- and part-time options, a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff, PTO from day one, paid training, and a clear path to RBT certification.

You will collect data, coordinate with BCBA supervisors, and adapt therapy plans to each family’s circumstances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred; willing to obtain within 60 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to clients' homes.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in their homes.
• Collect, record, and analyze data under BCBA supervision.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency of therapy programs.
• Provide feedback to parents regarding daily activities and progress.
• Develop and refine individualized ABA therapy programs.
• Assist in developing behavior intervention plans.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members.

Education
