Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Colorado is hiring an RBT to deliver high-quality 1:1 therapy in the child’s home. You will work under supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and help implement treatment plans, fostering skill development and consistent progress.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with EMR systems (Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst, Hi Rasmus).
• Ability to work with clients of various ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 therapy in the child’s home setting.
• Assist with treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Foster skill development and behavior modification.
