Job summary

The Treetop is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to help children with autism thrive through evidence-based ABA therapy in home and clinic settings. The role offers flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time options and a competitive hourly rate of $22–$30, plus a $200 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Active 40-hour RBT training is required.
• Active RBT certification preferred or must obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans developed by a BCBA.
• Deliver one-on-one interventions to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collect and record data to measure client progress using ABA methods.
• Assist in developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent treatment.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards per BACB guidelines.
• Foster a safe, engaging, structured learning environment for each client.
