Job summary

The Treetop Therapy is seeking a licensed RBT in Colorado to deliver 1:1 therapy in the child’s home, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will support treatment plans, help children develop skills, and participate in ongoing training and supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and up-to-date insurance.
• Experience with EMR systems (e.g., Central Reach, Rethink, Catalyst, Hi Rasmus).

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 therapy in the child’s home under supervision of a BCBA.
• Assist with treatment plans and foster skill development.
• Work with a team of clinicians and leadership.
• Provide resources and materials needed for effective learning and behavior modification.
