Job summary

The Treetop is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and support skill development for children with autism in a compassionate, structured environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training required.
• Active RBT certification preferred or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision.
• Deliver one-on-one, evidence-based interventions to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collect and record data to measure client progress.
• Assist in developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent treatment.
• Maintain ethical standards per BACB guidelines.
• Foster a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment for each client.
